Technical Analyst

::	College Degree
::	At least one year of programming experience
::	Strong SQL skills
::	Development experience with various Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, and MicroStrategy
::	ETL development experience preferred
::	Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of hardware/software tradeoffs
::	Plan and execute system tests
::	Previous experiences in technical capacities, data warehousing, and systems integration are required. Substantial travel may be required.

Business Analyst

::	College Degree
::	At least 2 years of business experience
::	Discover user requirements
::	Create system integration design documents
::	Develop integrated technology solutions
::	Plan and execute system tests
::	ETL development experience preferred
::	Previous experiences in functional and/or technical capacities, data warehousing or systems integration required. Substantial travel may be necessary.

Project Manager

::	5 years of project management experience in information technology related field
::	Understand the end users and their real needs
::	Manage all aspects of project life cycle and personnel
::	Realize project deliverables on time and under budget
